Joe Penner is an Executive Director at Bramshill Investments, having joined the firm in 2026. With more than 14 years of experience in asset management distribution, he has built and led client relationships across the RIA, wirehouse, and broker-dealer channels. Before joining Bramshill, Joe held a series of business development positions at Diamond Hill, most recently overseeing distribution strategy and coverage for the firm’s wirehouse and broker-dealer business. He graduated from the University of Tennessee.
